United Parcel Service, Inc. (NYSE: UPS), commonly referred to as UPS, is the world's largest package delivery company, delivering more than 15 million packages[1] a day to 6.1 million customers in over 200 countries and territories around the world. Since 2005, its operations include logistics and other transportation-related areas. It is headquartered in Sandy Springs, Georgia, USA.

UPS is well known for its brown trucks, internally known as package cars (hence the company nickname "The Big Brown Machine"). UPS also operates its own airline (IATA: 5X, ICAO: UPS, and Callsign: UPS ) based in Louisville, Kentucky.

UPS also owns The UPS Store (formerly Mailboxes Etc.), a franchise chain which provides shipping, packaging, and copy services.
